As the Marketing Manager – Digital and Events, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and managing targeted marketing campaigns that attract new customers, engage key audiences, and strengthen Cambia Advisors’ position within the Epicor ecosystem.
What You'll Do

Campaign Development & Execution: Design and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to distinct audiences, including prospects, customers, employees, and partners. Campaigns will focus on live events, virtual events, and paid search strategies.

Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to engage target audiences effectively, ensuring campaigns are segmented and aligned with specific audience needs and goals.

Content Creation: Craft compelling content for various platforms, including website pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and event materials. Capture and produce high-quality video content, including filming at events and editing for marketing campaigns.

Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with Cambia’s business objectives and client needs.

Brand Building: Enhance Cambia Advisors’ visibility and reputation in the ERP community through innovative and consistent marketing efforts.
What You'll Bring

Expertise: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid search campaigns, virtual events, and live event promotions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, email marketing software, CRM systems, and social media management tools. Experience in video production, including capturing content during events and editing for marketing purposes, is highly valued.

Creative Vision: Ability to craft compelling and visually engaging content that resonates with target audiences across multiple platforms.

Audience Focus: Strong understanding of how to tailor messaging for distinct audiences, including prospects, customers, employees, and partners.

Results-Oriented: Data-driven approach with the ability to measure campaign success and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
