As an Epicor Operations Advisor, you'll be the functional expert who designs next-generation business processes for manufacturers, leveraging your deep Epicor knowledge to transform their operational
needs into a tangible competitive advantage.
LOCATION: Remote, US
TRAVEL: ~50% to client sites
TYPE: Full-time
What You'll Do
As the primary functional resource for Epicor ERP implementations, you will be responsible for defining and driving success across the entire project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborate directly with client leadership to analyze, design, and customize core business processes, specializing in complex manufacturing operations.

Translate operational requirements into scalable Epicor ERP (Kinetic) configurations.

Provide comprehensive foundational software training and detailed guidance to client teams.

Manage and execute critical implementation phases, including data testing, issue resolution, system configuration, and critical go-live support.

Act as a trusted advisor, helping to ensure operational efficiency, business process adherence, and long-term measurable outcomes for our clients.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for an exceptional, seasoned professional ready to leverage their deep manufacturing and ERP expertise to drive client transformation.

10+ years of direct experience within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of operational workflows, processes, and challenges.

3+ years of hands-on functional experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred), either as a consultant or as an advanced end-user within a manufacturing organization who is ready to transition to implementation and consulting.

Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex ERP-driven business processes.

The ability to serve as a collaborative problem-solver and trusted functional resource to C-level executives and key departmental stakeholders.

An analytical, conscientious, and detail-oriented approach (High-C profile) to ensuring solution accuracy and project success.
