
Epicor Kinetic Project Director

This role is about leading with confidence and making a tangible impact. You will manage the project's daily operations, ensuring progress aligns with the scope, timeline, and budget. You'll be on the front lines, coordinating tasks, allocating resources, and leading the project team to build relationships based on trust and see your work lead to successful, on-time project completions. What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple Epicor Kinetic projects, from initial discovery through stabilization.

Build and manage integrated project plans, resource plans, and change control documentation.

Lead executive and steering committee meetings, translating technical details into clear business impact.

Drive requirements clarity, process design, data migration readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare.

Ensure quality and compliance by managing project gates and alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW).

Collaborate with our Technical Services team on environments, integrations, extensions, and releases.

Forecast and manage hours, margin, and burn; proactively surface risks and propose solutions.

Mentor consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of our PMO playbooks and templates.
What You'll Bring
-
7-10+ years of experience managing ERP or other complex enterprise-level projects (Kinetic or a comparable ERP is preferred).

Deep expertise in the manufacturing domain, including make-to-order, make-to-stock, scheduling, inventory, costing, and finance.

A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget across multi-workstream programs.

Fluency with hybrid delivery models (waterfall milestones with agile build/test cycles).

Exceptional executive presence, clear written and verbal communication, and crisp decision-making skills.

Experience with a range of project management tools, including Microsoft Project (or equivalent), RAID logs, Smartsheets/Planner, Jira/Azure DevOps, and O365.
