What You'll Do
-
Manage and mentor a high-performing technical team (capacity, assignment, skills growth, QA).

Own technical architecture patterns and reference designs for Kinetic (on-prem and cloud).

Oversee integrations (REST/ODATA, EDI, iPaaS), extensions/customizations, and automation.

Establish and enforce SDLC: development plans, code review, deployment and rollback plans.

Lead environment strategy: provisioning, refreshes, security, performance baselines, monitoring.

Govern data migration approach (mapping, cleansing rules, reconciliation, mock loads, cutover).

Partner with Delivery on estimates, SOW inputs, risk mitigation, and issue escalation.

Create reusable assets: accelerators, templates, scripts, and documentation.

Engage in tough problem-solving: performance tuning, error triage, stability and resilience.
What You'll Bring
-
8 -12+ years in technical delivery for ERP or adjacent enterprise systems; 3+ years leading teams.

Strong Epicor Kinetic technical background (BAQs/BPMs/Functions, REST/ODATA, Data Mgmt Tool).

Integration experience (APIs, EDI, iPaaS such as Boomi or Workato to MES/WMS/PLM/CPQ).

Solid grasp of data models, SQL, and performance tuning; familiarity with Azure/AWS basics.

Practical DevOps habits (version control, build/release pipelines, automated testing where feasible).

Clear, concise communicator; able to translate technical tradeoffs to business stakeholders.
